Riyadh – Mubasher: Theeb Rent a Car Company has announced the resignation of Hassan Samir Al Shuwaikh from his position as the Vice Chairman of the board, effective from 13 April this year.
Riyadh Saleh Almalik will replace Al Shuwaikh, who resigned from his post due to business reasons, according to a recent bourse filing.
Moreover, the board appointed Naif Mohammed Al Theeb, the company’s CEO since 2018, as the Managing Director.
In 2021, Theeb Rent a Car logged net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 125.72 million, a jump of 98.78% from SAR 63.24 million in 2020.
