The Arab Tunisian Lease (ATL) has invited its shareholders to attend the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on Friday, January 25, 2019 at 11:00 am at the Arab Institute of Business Managers to deliberate on the capital increase, ilboursa reported.
According to the agenda of the meeting, it will decide a capital increase of 10 million dinars through the issuance of 10 million shares. Thus the capital of the company will increase from 25 to 35 million dinars.
The Shareholders’ Meeting will decide, in the event that the subscriptions made do not reach the totality of the capital increase decided upon, to limit the amount of the increase to the amount of subscriptions, provided that they reach at least three quarters (3/4) of the decided amount of the capital increase (10 million dinars).
