Pursuant to Article 14 of the Regulation of the Financial Market Council (CMF) on market failures, PARTNER INVESTMENT, a wholly-owned subsidiary of POULINA GROUP HOLDING, declared that it acquired 305,450 shares between December 7 and 13, representing 1.96% of the capital, for a total amount of 873 thousand dinars, i.e. a weighted average price of 2,858 dinars.
As of September 29, 2016, PARTNER INVESTMENT has declared that it has crossed the 20% threshold to 20.753% of the capital of SITS.
On the same date, other companies of the POULINA group, with which PARTNER INVESTMENT acts in concert, hold 11.883% of the capital of which 4.615% by the parent company of PGH namely Founders Capital Partners.
In total, the Poulina group increases its stake in SITS to 34.6%.
