Mubasher: Three Gulf stock markets, including Boursa Kuwait, Muscat Securities Market (MSM), and Bahrain Bourse (BHB), will be closed on Tuesday, 11 September, on the occasion of Hijri new year holiday.
Similarly, Iraq Stock Exchange (ISE) and Palestine Exchange (PEX), in addition to Tunisia and Morocco’s stock markets will be closed on Tuesday.
Trading activity on these stock exchanges will resume on Wednesday, 12 September.
Regarding the UAE stock markets, the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) and the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) will be closed on Thursday, 13 September, instead of Tuesday, 11 September, on the occasion of the Hijri new year 1440.
Trading hours on the UAE stock exchanges will resume on Sunday, 16 September.
Both the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) and Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE), has not disclosed they would be closed on Tuesday, 11 September.
The Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX) will also be closed on Tuesday, 11 September, and trading hours will resume on Wednesday, 12 September.
In addition, Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) will be closed on Tuesday, 11 September, and trading hours will resume on Wednesday, 12 September.
