Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Presight AI Holding and the Kazakh Sovereign Wealth Fund (Samruk-Kazyna) developed a joint venture (JV) to accelerate digital transformation in Kazakhstan, according to a press release.
The new entity will deploy Presight’s data analytics solutions in key sectors and industries, including energy, public services, and transport, to support digital transformation.
Furthermore, the two companies will team up to develop high-performance computing (HPC) capacity in Kazakhstan. They will also explore the potential to create enterprise AI solutions, including sovereign GPT and Kazakh large-language model (LLM).

Cooperation Agreement with QazaqGaz
In line with the JV collaboration, Presight also signed a deal with QazaqGaz to discuss opportunities to implement the latest technologies in the management of gas balance in Kazakhstan.
Accordingly, the UAE-based company will implement a full-fledged project that will include a pilot at selected gas facilities and an introduction of a new billing system for the company. Once completed, the project is set to expand across the entire country.
Sanzhar Zharkeshov, CEO of QazaqGaz, indicated: “The goal of this initiative is not only to strengthen QazaqGaz’s position in the national, regional, or even global energy market, but also contribute to the long-term prosperity and energy security of Kazakhstan and its citizens.”
Partnership with KTZ Express
A further cooperation agreement was signed by Thomas Pramotedham, and Damir Kozhakhmetov, CEO of KTZ Express, to bring in digital solutions to the operations of the company.
Presight will analyse information systems at KZT Express in preparation for the management of railway routes, interactive control over train movement, deployment of digital solutions in commercial activities, as well as an integrated system for detailed financial and management accounting.

In the first nine months (9M) of 2023, the net profits attributable to the owners of the ADX-listed firm increased to AED 269.47 million from AED 137.84 million in 9M-22.
