Dubai – Mubasher: United Foods Company has acquired Stratus General Trading and Pal Foodstuff & Beverages Trading, which are foodstuff, beverage trading, and distribution companies, in exchange for AED 4.55 million.
Following the acquisition of the two companies, United Foods becomes the exclusive distributor of their products in the UAE and GCC region, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
The acquisition aims to enable United Foods to generate greater profits and improve and grow its distribution network.
