Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: United Insurance Company postponed its ordinary general meeting (OGM) for deciding on a capital increase to 30 April, according to a bourse filing.
The shareholders’ meeting will discuss increasing the company’s capital by AED 100 million through private placement.
