Cairo – Mubasher: Zahraa Maadi Investment and Development reported a jump in its profits for the first quarter of 2016 by 36.38% Y-o-Y to EGP43.13 million ($48.87 million) from EGP31.62 million ($3.57 million), the unaudited financial statements revealed.
In 2015, the company achieved a net profit of EGP161.85 million, higher 43.5% compared to EGP112.5 million.
In March, the ordinary general meeting approved distributing EGP55 million, or 100% of capital as cash dividends.
