Riyadh – Mubasher: Baazeem Trading Company has signed a distribution agreement with Gulf Food Supply Factory to market several of its commercial brands within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The contract, signed on 14 September 2026, is valued at approximately SAR 4 million annually.
Under the terms of the agreement, Gulf Food Supply Factory will handle the distribution of specific Baazeem Trading food products for a duration of one year.
The company stated that the partnership is expected to increase its annual sales by approximately SAR 4 million.
Baazeem Trading expects the financial impact of this agreement to begin appearing in its financial results by the end of the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2026.
The company confirmed that there are no related parties involved in the transaction.
At the end of June 2026, the company’s net profit increased by 15.89% to SAR 16.58 million from SAR 14.30 million in the prior-year period.
