Cairo - Mubasher: The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) offered treasury bills (T-bills) at a combined value of EGP 60 billion through two auctions on Thursday, 27 March.
The first tranche stood at EGP 30 billion, holding a tenor of 91 days until 1 July 2025, according to official data.
With the same value, the second tranche will mature in 273 days on 30 December this year.
Earlier this week, on 23 March, the CBE announced T-bills worth EGP 105 billion through two offerings.
