TMG Holding, Alameda Group partner for EGP 5bn hospital in Madinaty

Cairo – Mubasher: Talaat Moustafa Group Holding Company (TMG Holding) entered into a strategic partnership with Alameda Group to develop premium-quality medical and healthcare services in several of the group's projects.

Alameda will manage and operate a new hospital through a first-class global operator in Madinaty as per the international standards, according to a bourse disclosure.

Meanwhile, the new hospital is scheduled to open in 2027, with a total investment exceeding EGP 5 billion ($100 million).

It will provide advanced healthcare services in the Egyptian market, which will attract medical tourism and serve as a premier healthcare destination in the region.

It will also offer comprehensive medical services and superior healthcare with a capacity of about 200 beds.

The plans align with the group's strategy to provide integrated services to its clients, ensuring sustainable quality of life for around 2.1 million residents and more than 5.4 million people in the East Cairo area.

TMG Holding recently announced consolidated net profits after tax and non-controlling interest valued at EGP 14.46 billion in 2024, higher by 332% than EGP 3.34 billion in 2023.
