TMG Holding generates EGP 70bn from 1st phase of SouthMED project

Cairo – Mubasher: Talaat Moustafa Group Holding Company (TMG Holding) registered EGP 70 billion in sales from the second phase launch of its SouthMED project on the Mediterranean.

The unprecedented revenues came within just one working day, surpassing even the remarkable demand witnessed at the project's debut in 2024, according to a bourse statement.

The group sold more than 5,100 units, bringing total sales for the project to over EGP 352 billion since its inception in July 2024.

As of 6 May 2025, the company recorded total sales of EGP 160 billion across all of its projects, marking an annual leap of 127%.

This year's standout market performance builds seamlessly on the remarkable results delivered by TMG Holding in 2024, during which the group achieved over EGP 500 billion in total sales.

In April, TMG Holding announced plans to establish a new sustainable mixed-use project in Iraq, with expected total sales of $17 billion.
