250 Portuguese firms gear up to enter Saudi market

Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: The Saudi Portuguese Business Council organized exclusive workshops for 250 Portuguese companies to help them explore investment opportunities in the Kingdom.

This event was attended by Alwaleed Albaltan, Chairman of the Saudi Portuguese Business Council, and Portuguese Minister of Infrastructure and Housing, according to a recent statement by the Federation of Saudi Chambers of Commerce.

The workshops, held in Lisbon, aimed to introduce the Saudi business environment to interested companies and showcase the investment enablers and incentives available in the Saudi market.

It served as a platform for Portuguese businesses to showcase their expertise, competitiveness, and global outlook, and underscored the shared ambition of both nations to foster mutually beneficial partnerships that go beyond traditional economic exchanges.

Ibrahim Al Howishel Law Firm participated in the first workshop to discuss the benefits and incentives provided by the Saudi government, the privileges of the Premium Residency System, the requirements for obtaining foreign investment licenses, and more.

Meanwhile, Bank Aljazira participated in the second workshop to introduce diverse financing solutions and banking products provided for investors.
