Cairo - Mubasher: The ordinary general assembly of Al Tawfeek Leasing Company (A.T. LEASE) greenlighted cash dividends totaling EGP 138.60 million for 2025.
The company will pay out a dividend of EGP 0.35 per share.
Meanwhile, the dividends will be distributed to the shareholders through two tranches, according to a bourse filing.
Following the dividend payout, the retained earnings of the company will stand at EGP 74.63 million, based on the 2025 disclosed net profit of EGP 270.61 million eligible for distribution.
In December 2025, A.T. Lease completed the first issuance that is worth EGP 1.84 billion under its inaugural securitization bond program.
