Riyadh – Mubasher: Allied Cooperative Insurance Group (ACIG) has appointed Mohammad Abdullah Al Gadhi as the new CEO of the company.
The appointment is subject to the Saudi Central Bank’s (SAMA) approval, according to a recent bourse filing.
Al Gadhi, who assumed his new role on Thursday, 18 August, has been managing ACIG’s operations and technical affairs since 2012. He also served as a regional director for The Company for Cooperative Insurance (Tawuniya).
The new CEO holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with more than 15-year experience in the insurance field.
Last June, ACIG announced Yasser bin Muhammad bin Nasser Al Jarallah and Fayez bin Saleh bin Mahfouz as the board’s Chairman and Vice Chairman, respectively.
