Cairo – Mubasher: The technical movements of Arabia for Investment and Development (AIDC) stock indicate a sideways trend at the start of 2026, following the sharp decline the stock experienced last year.
Mubasher Research pointed out that trading volumes have recently begun to improve, and the stock is testing significant resistance near EGP 0.33.
A confirmed close above this resistance would strengthen the likelihood of targeting higher levels around EGP 0.338.
This level represents the resistance of the sideways range and will be a crucial test wall and a psychological barrier.
A successful and sustained break above this level, accompanied by strong trading volumes, would pave the way for a move towards EGP 0.344-0.350.
On the other hand, the EGP 0.320 level remains a key support level. Maintaining trading above this level supports the possibility of a rebound and limits the potential for a decline.
The Relative Strength Index (RSI) is moving above the neutral level, and the price stability above the short-term moving average is a positive signal that could support continued upward attempts and a retest of key resistance levels.
Price Action Summary
Since the beginning of 2025, Arab Investments' stock has been moving within a fluctuating sideways range without breaking through key levels. This trend continued throughout the first half of the year, after which the stock successfully broke out of the sideways movement with improved trading volumes in July. However, the stock then experienced a sharp downward wave, with the price falling from EGP 0.80 to EGP 0.265.
At the beginning of 2026, the stock entered a consolidation phase, awaiting a breakout of key levels to determine its direction in the coming period. Its performance can be described as moving within a secondary downtrend.
