AME for Medical Supplies reclassifies Managing Director role

Riyadh — Mubasher: The board of AME Company for Medical Supplies issued a resolution to relieve Ali bin Mohammadeeb bin Ali Eid from his duties as Managing Director, according to a bourse filing.

Despite the removal from his executive post, Eid will remain a member of the company’s board of directors.

Following this decision that was taken on 30 August 2026, the membership status has been officially reclassified from executive managing director to non-executive board member.

This change became effective as of 30 August 2026 and will continue until the conclusion of the current board session.

The company stated it will complete all necessary regulatory procedures with relevant authorities to reflect this leadership change.

AME for Medical Supplies emphasized its commitment to corporate governance standards and compliance with the regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority (CMA).

No further changes to the executive management team were disclosed in the filing.

It is worth noting that in the first half (H1) of 2026, AME for Medical Supplies logged a net profit of SAR 26.59 million from SAR 27.91 million in H1-25.
