Riyadh – Mubasher: Arab National Bank (ANB) has commented its US dollar-denominated Additional Tier 1 Sukuk offering on 2 September 2026.
The issuance, conducted through a special purpose vehicle, targets qualified investors within Saudi Arabia and international markets.
The bank has set the minimum subscription amount and par value at $200,000, with incremental increases of $1,000.
While the final value and return on the Sukuk will be determined by prevailing market conditions, the instruments are perpetual in nature and include a redemption option after five years.
The offering period is scheduled to conclude on 3 September 2026, subject to market dynamics.
ANB has appointed a syndicate of managers for the issuance, including ANB Capital, Arab Bank, Arqaam Capital Limited, Emirates NBD Capital Limited, Citigroup Global Markets Limited, Goldman Sachs International, HSBC Bank plc, Mizuho International plc, Standard Chartered Bank, and Warba Bank K.S.C.P.
The Sukuk are intended for listing on the London Stock Exchange's international market and will be sold in accordance with Regulation S of the US Securities Act of 1933.
