ANB completes $750m Tier 1 Sukuk issuance

Riyadh – Mubasher: Arab National Bank (ANB) has completed its USD-denominated Additional Tier 1 Sukuk issuance under its international program.

The bank raised a total of $750 million through the offering, which targeted qualified investors both within and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The issuance comprises 3,750 individual certificates with a minimum denomination and par value of $200,000 each. The bank set the annual yield for the instruments at 6.50%.

These Sukuk are perpetual in nature but include a redemption option exercisable after a period of 5 years, subject to specific conditions detailed in the offering memorandum.

The offering follows the commencement of the sale process on 2 September 2026. Settlement for the issuance is scheduled to take place on 9 September.

The bank confirmed that the Sukuk will be listed on the London Stock Exchange’s International Securities Market. The securities were sold in accordance with Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933.
