APICO announces 43% profit growth in H1-26

Riyadh — Mubasher: Arabian Plastic Industrial Company (APICO) reported a net profit of SAR 15.18 million in the first half (H1) of 2026, marking a 43.22% increase from the SAR 10.60 million in H1-25.

The company attributed the profit growth to higher sales volumes and a strategic focus on high-margin product lines, according to a bourse filing.

Revenue reached SAR 112.14 million in H1-26, reflecting a 12.67% rise compared to SAR 99.53 million in the prior-year period.

APICO stated that the increase in turnover was primarily due to an expansion in total production capacity, specifically citing developments at the Al Kharj factory.

Earnings per share (EPS) for the period rose to SAR 2.02 from SAR 1.41 a year earlier.

Total shareholders' equity, excluding non-controlling interests, stood at SAR 128.87 million as of 30 June 2026, compared to SAR 119.66 million at the end of the corresponding period last year, marking an increase of 3.15%.

The external auditor issued an unmodified opinion on the interim financial statements.
