Riyadh – Mubasher: AXA Cooperative Insurance Company has distributed a cash dividend of SAR 50 million, representing 10% of the capital, for 2021 on 2 June.
The Saudi listed firm paid a dividend of SAR 1 per share for 50 million eligible shares, according to a recent bourse filing.
Last March, the company’s board proposed the 2021 cash dividend distribution, while the shareholders granted their approval in May.
In 2021, AXA Cooperative logged net profits before Zakat worth SAR 166.72 million, down by 0.06% year-on-year (YoY) from SAR 166.83 million.
