Cairo – Mubasher: Advanced Pharmaceutical Packaging Company said Wednesday that its board of directors will meet today to discuss increasing the capital by EGP 22.46 million through rights issue.
The capital hike aims at financing expansions plans and renew production lines, according to a bourse filing.
The board will also look into the company’s production and sales plans for the last quarter of 2016.
