Cairo - Mubasher: Adenia Partners, a leading Africa-focused private equity firm, has signed definitive agreements to acquire a majority stake in Parkville Pharmaceuticals from Admaius Capital Partners.
The deal, Adenia’s first investment in Egypt, aligns with its strategy of backing high-growth, locally built champions across Africa, according to a press release.
Adenia will partner with Parkville’s founders and management to support the company’s next growth phase, focusing on expanding its product portfolio, accelerating digital and e-commerce capabilities, and entering regional markets.
Meanwhile, the transaction remains subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals, while its financial terms were not disclosed.

Baker McKenzie advised Adenia Partners as legal counsel, while Zilla Capital acted as sole financial advisor to the existing shareholders, with Matouk Bassiouny providing legal counsel.
Founded in 2008, Parkville develops, manufactures, and distributes skincare, haircare, deodorants, wellness, and therapeutic products. The Cairo-based firm is focused on research, quality, and community well-being.
