Al Ansari Exchange collaborates with InstaShop to boost delivery payments

Dubai – Mubasher: Al Ansari Exchange, a subsidiary of Al Ansari Financial Services, recently teamed up with InstaShop to simplify the cash payment process for the latter’s delivery team, according to a press release.

The strategic partnership will allow InstaShop’s delivery personnel to securely deposit the collected cash payments directly into the bank accounts, making the process more efficient and reducing paperwork.

Furthermore, InstaShop will benefit from Al Ansari Exchange’s network to make cash collection easier for the delivery team members across the UAE.

Chief Operations Officer of Al Ansari Exchange, Ali Al Najjar, commented: “By leveraging our extensive branch network, we aim to make cash management more efficient, enabling InstaShop to focus on delivering exceptional service to their customers.”

Director of Last Mile Operations at InstaShop, Kishore Babani, said: “By partnering with Al Ansari Exchange, we can streamline our cash management operations, ensuring a faster, more reliable service for our customers continuing to scale our delivery capabilities across the UAE.”

The collaboration comes as demand for efficient grocery delivery services increases in the UAE, offering customers greater convenience and reliability.

It is worth noting that InstaShop is known for delivering groceries, fresh produce, household items, pharmacy supplies, and more within 30 to 60 minutes.

The parent company Al Ansari Financial Services earlier unveiled AED 157.50 million worth of cash dividends for 2024. Meanwhile, it recently joined forces with Halan to support the underbanked and unbanked populations in the UAE through advanced financial solutions.
