Mubasher: Kuwait Real Estate Holding (Al Aqaria) on Monday reported a 19.9% year-on-year decrease in profits during the fourth quarter of 2018.
Al Aqaria’s profits reached KWD 57,970 ($191,300) in Q4-18, down from KWD 72,400 ($238,900) in Q4-17, according to a statement to Boursa Kuwait on Monday.
From January to December 2018, earnings went up 3.4% to KWD 104,680, from KWD 101,200 in the corresponding months a year earlier.
Earlier on Monday, Al Aqaria’s board recommended not to distribute cash dividends for 2018.
