Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Baha Investment and Development submitted the capital increase request to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) to acquire Al Marakiz Al Raqiyah Ltd.
The company will announce any future related developments in time, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.
In October, Al Baha signed an agreement to acquire Al Marakiz Al Raqiyah Ltd through issuing new shares for Al Marakiz shareholders.
