Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Al Buhaira National Insurance Company said Tuesday that its ordinary general meeting (OGM) has approved the distribution of cash dividends worth AED 25 million for fiscal year 2016, equivalent to 10 fils per share.
The record date for the cash dividends is 11 April, and the maturity date is 13 April, said a bourse statement.
