Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Hammadi Holding achieved net profits worth SAR 241.86 million in 2025, reflecting a 28.61% decline from SAR 338.80 million in 2024.
The earnings per share (EPS) went down to SAR 1.51 in 2025 compared to SAR 2.12 in the previous year, according to a bourse filing.
Moreover, the revenues increased by 6.99% to SAR 1.23 billion in January-December 2025 from SAR 1.15 billion in 2024.
Cash Dividends
The board of Al Hammadi Holding decided, in its 14 March meeting, to distribute cash dividends amounting to SAR 32 million for the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2025.
The company will disburse SAR 0.20 per share, equivalent to 2% of the share par value, for 160 million eligible shares.
The eligibility and distribution dates have been set as 29 March and 12 April 2026, respectively.
It is worth noting that during the first nine months (9M) of 2025, Al Hammadi Holding posted net profits worth SAR 187.78 million and revenue of SAR 895.03 million.
