Mubasher: Al Jazeira Services Company's net profits fell 40.6% in the second quarter ended 30 June 2016 to OMR 568,316 ($1.5 million), from OMR 957,261 ($2.5 million) in Q2-15.
Net profits also dropped 46.4% to OMR 1.1 million ($2.8 million) in the first half of 2016, compared to OMR 2.06 million ($5.3 million) in the year-ago period.
The Muscat-listed company achieved OMR 3.72 million ($9.6 million) annual profits in 2015, falling 23.8% from OMR 4.88 million ($12.6 million) in 2014.
