Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Jazira REIT recorded net assets value worth SAR 90.61 million in the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2024, Al Jazira Capital revealed in a bourse statement.
Total assets value reached SAR 95.46 billion as of 31 December 2024.
As of 5 December 2024, the fund disbursed SAR 4.72 million in dividends for Q4-24.
