Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Jouf Cement Company announced the resignation of independent board member Abdulrahman bin Suleiman Al Oudan from his position on the board of directors and the remuneration and nominations committee.
The resignation was submitted on 9 September and became effective on the same date.
According to the regulatory filing, Al Oudan stepped down due to personal circumstances. He had served as a member of the board since 6 August 2023.
The company board expressed its gratitude for his contributions and efforts during his tenure.
Al Jouf Cement stated that it will announce any developments regarding the appointment of a new member to fill the vacant seat in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
No further financial impact or immediate replacement was disclosed in the statement.
