Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Kathiri Holding Company has appointed Saaf Financial as its financial advisor to manage the company’s proposed capital increase.
The move follows a previous recommendation by the board of directors on 7 September 2026 to raise the company's capital by SAR 150 million through a rights issue.
Meanwhile, the capital hike remains subject to approval from the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) and relevant regulatory authorities.
Al Kathiri Holding stated it will provide further updates once the capital increase application file is submitted to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) for official approval.
This strategic appointment is a key step in the company's plan to restructure its capital base and support its future growth objectives.
No further financial details regarding the offering price or the number of shares to be issued were disclosed in the regulatory filing.
