Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Kathiri Holding Company has named Rawan Mohammed Abdullah Al Dawood as an independent member of its board of directors.
The appointment, effective 14 September, follows a board resolution passed by circulation on 13 September.
Al Dawood fills the vacancy created by the resignation of independent director Hussein Masoud Buraik Al Dosari, who stepped down on 13 September 2026, citing personal reasons. Al Dosari had served on the board since 7 May.
The new appointee is a licensed lawyer and legal consultant with extensive experience in commercial law, governance, and compliance. She currently serves as a founding partner at Madmoon Law Firm and a legal advisor to the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises.
Al Dawood also holds the position of Vice President of the Saudi-Belarusian Business Council.
Her term is scheduled to run until the conclusion of the current board session on 3 May 2030. The company noted that the appointment remains subject to formal approval by the next General Assembly meeting.
