Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Mohafaza Company for Education’s board of directors approved the resignation of non-executive board member Ibrahim Khalaf Hamlan Al Shammri on 1 September 2026.
The resignation was submitted on August 31, 2026, and became effective on 1 September.
According to the regulatory filing, Al Shammri cited personal reasons for his departure from the board. He had served as a member of the board since his appointment began on 16 January 2022.
The company expressed its appreciation for his service during his tenure. No immediate replacement was named in the disclosure.
In August, the company began operations at its Knowledge Community Schools complex, which is located in the Al Munsiyah district of Riyadh.
