Dubai-Mubasher: Al-Salam Sudan Bank said that its board recommended the distribution of 5% bonus shares on a 5-for-100 basis for the fiscal year 2015, according to the bank’s statement on Monday.
The bank’s capital amounts to AED 367 million ($100 million), distributed on 100 million shares at AED 3.67 par value each.
