Riyadh — Mubasher: The board of Tabuk Agricultural Development Company (TADCO) approved a request from Abdullah Hammoud Fallah Al Salhi to conclude his assignment as Managing Director.
The decision, effective from 6 September, also involves a change in his membership status from executive member to independent member.
The company stated that Al Salhi’s request was driven by his lack of full-time availability during the upcoming period and aligns with corporate efforts to rationalize costs associated with multiple executive positions.
The transition follows the completion of the handover of all duties to the new CEO. Al Salhi had been serving in the capacity of Managing Director since his appointment was announced on 16 November 2025.
Al Salhi will remain a member of the board of directors until the end of the current term. The board expressed its gratitude for his efforts during his tenure as Managing Director.
The company previously modified his membership status to executive when he took on the leadership tasks in late 2025.
TADCO recently called on its shareholders to an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to discuss reducing the company's capital by 80.47%.
