Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The board members of Al Seer Marine Supplies & Equipment have elected Readh Faraj Ahmed Alkindi as the Chairman of the board, upon a resolution in their 9 July 2024 meeting.
Meanwhile, General Jasem Yousef Yaqoob Almansoori was elected as the Vice Chairman, according to a bourse disclosure.
The decision came as an approval for Al Seer Marine’s general assembly meeting on 8 July, which elected the board of directors for the upcoming three years.
In June 2024, the listed company appointed Gunther Alvarado as the Deputy CEO, who has been working closely with Guy Neivens the CEO of Al Seer Marine.
It is worth mentioning that the latest disclosed financial results of the company showed AED 1.23 billion worth of revenues in 2023. Meanwhile, the total assets hit AED 9.08 billion by the end of last year.
