Cairo - Mubasher: Al Shams Housing and Urbanization's board of directors decided to offer several land plots and residential buildings at the company's project in Sixth of October City for sale in a public auction.
The board also awarded the establishment of three residential buildings to the Egyptian Contracting Co.(Al Abd) and two other buildings to Concrete Co. at the company's Solana project in the New Administrative Capital, according to a bourse disclosure on Thursday.
During the first quarter (Q1) of 2021, Al Shams Housing and Urbanization posted net profits of EGP 49.26 million, slightly down from EGP 49.4 million in the year-ago period.
