Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) has named Sarah Al Suhaimi as Chairperson of the Board of Directors and Yazeed Al Humaid as Vice-Chairperson.
This comes following the recent general assembly meeting, which announced the formation of a new board for a three-year term, starting from 2 January 2020.
Al Suhaimi has been serving as the Chairperson of Tadawul since February 2017.
The board also announced the formation of its committees.
