Riyadh — Mubasher: Al Taiseer Group Talco Industrial Company reported a net profit of SAR 51.10 million during the first half (H1) of 2026.
The positive results represented an increase of 18.73% compared to SAR 43.04 million in H1-25, according to a bourse filing.
The group attributed the growth to higher sales volumes in its core aluminum and accessories segments, alongside increased selling prices for aluminum, powder coating, and accessories.
Al Taiseer Group Talco’s total revenue for H1-26 reached SAR 453.32 million, up from SAR 379.63 million in the prior-year period.
Total shareholders' equity, excluding non-controlling interests, stood at SAR 507.85 million as of June 30, 2026.
Earnings per share (EPS) for the six-month period improved to SAR 1.28, compared to SAR 1.08 in the previous year, based on 40 million outstanding units.
For the second quarter (Q2) ended on 30 June 2026, net profits grew by 28.09% to SAR 27.45 million from SAR 21.43 million in the corresponding quarter of 2025.
Quarterly revenue rose by 25.32% to SAR 240.47million, compared to SAR 191.88 million in Q2-25.
Operating profit in Q2-26 climbed to SAR 30.59 million, a 28.53% increase from SAR 23.8 million.
Earlier in 2026, the shareholders of Al Taiseer Group Talco approved a recommendation to distribute SAR 72 million in cash dividends for 2025.
