Riyadh — Mubasher: Al Yamamah Steel Industries Company signed a SAR 118.63 million agreement with Algihaz Contracting.
Under the terms of the agreement, the company will supply steel towers for a project involving the construction of a 380 kV ultra-high voltage line located in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia.
The contract has a duration of one year, with supply operations scheduled to commence in March 2027.
Al Yamamah Steel expects the financial impact of this agreement to begin appearing in its financial results during the first quarter (Q1) of 2027.
The company confirmed that there are no related parties involved in the transaction. The contract was officially signed and awarded on 5 October.
Both entities inked a contract valued at SAR 135.65 million for the supply of steel towers.
