Mubasher: Aluminium Bahrain (Alba) reported a 91% decline in annual profits last year to BHD 5.37 million, compared with BHD 59.75 million for 2018.
The board of directors has recommended the distribution of cash dividends to shareholders, which is subject to the approvals of market authorities and the company’s general assembly.
The company reported a 53% increase in profits during the third quarter of 2019.
