Cairo – Mubasher: The net profits of Alexandria Pharmaceuticals and Chemical Industries declined by 34.1% to EGP 35.72 million in the first fourth months (4M) of the current fiscal year, compared to EGP 54.28 million in the year-ago period.
The company's revenues reached EGP 380.6 million in the July-October period of fiscal year 2021/2022, up from EGP 385.32 million in the corresponding period of the earlier year, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
It is noteworthy to mention that during the first quarter (Q1) of 2021-2022, the company's net profits retreated to EGP 33.23 million from EGP 44.95 million in the same period of the previous year.
