Riyadh – Mubasher: Alhasoob Trading Company announced its inability to publish its preliminary financial results for the six-month period that ended on 30 June 2026, within the regulatory deadline.
The delay is attributed to the external auditor’s request for additional reports concerning specific line items in the financial statements.
The company stated that these reports require specialized technical studies from accredited third-party entities, which have extended the time needed to finalize the audit.
Consequently, Alhasoob Trading has not yet received the final draft of the financial statements.
Under Tadawul listing rules, trading of the company's securities will be suspended on 2 September.
Alhasoob Trading expects to complete the audit and publish the results within 20 trading sessions following the suspension. The company committed to providing monthly updates on its progress and will disclose the financial results immediately upon approval.
