Riyadh — Mubasher: Alqemam for Computer Systems Company announced the award of a managed services project valued at SAR 9 million, including value-added tax, from the Emirate of al-Bahah Province, according to a bourse filing.
The contract was officially awarded on 22 October 2026, while the project is scheduled to be implemented over a duration of 36 months.
Under the terms of the agreement, Alqemam will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of information technology devices and digital transformation services.
The scope of work covers the headquarters of the Al Baha Province, as well as its affiliated governorates and centers.
Province further confirmed that there are no related parties involved in the transaction.
Meanwhile, this contract aligns with the region's broader objectives to enhance its technical infrastructure and managed IT service capabilities.
