Altharwah Albashariyyah unveils 2 agreements to boost education, training sectors

Riyadh – Mubasher: Altharwah Albashariyyah Company has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Dar Al Uloom University to enhance collaboration in the fields of training and talent development, according to a bourse filling.

The MoU supports the efforts of both parties to empower individuals and prepare them for the job market by implementing specialised training programmes in addition to providing talent assessment services.

It further carries a one-year duration from the signing date, 26 December 2024, and can be renewed upon a written agreement between both parties.

Altharwah Albashariyyah also signed a joint memorandum of cooperation with the Hail Region Development Authority and the Ta’alum Education Support Association to enhance educational opportunities and empower children of social security families.

The agreement was signed on 18 December in the presence of Prince Abdulaziz bin Saad bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Hail Region.

The non-binding memorandum holds a one-year duration from the signing date and is eligible for renewal upon the approval of both parties at least 60 days prior to the expiration date.

The enrolled parties will focus on providing the children with training and development programmes while preparing them to enter the labour market.

Therefore, Altharwah Albashariyyah will offer 400 training and qualification courses to the social security beneficiary families on the back of Ta’alum Education Support Association.

It is worth noting that Altharwah Albashariyyah commenced trading its shares on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) in August 2024.
