Riyadh – Mubasher: Alwasail Industrial Company has signed a contract valued at SAR 11.61 million with Al Rawaf Contracting Company.
The agreement, which includes value-added tax, was signed and awarded on 30 August 2026.
Under the terms of the deal, Alwasail Industrial will supply high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes and related accessories.
The scope of work covers various technical specifications and sizes, including pipes, joints, and elbows, according to the quantities and prices specified in the contract. The contract duration is set for six months from the date of supply.
Alwasail Industrial expects the financial impact of this agreement to be reflected in its financial results during the third quarter (Q3) as well as Q4 of 2026. The company confirmed that there are no related parties involved in the transaction.
In the January-June 2026 period, the listed company logged net profits valued at SAR 13.22 million, representing a 21.53% decrease from the SAR 16.84 million a year earlier.
