Amak elects new board for 2025-2029 term; Aballala becomes Chairman

Riyadh – Mubasher: Almasane Alkobra Mining Company (Amak) has formed its board of directors for the 2025-2029 term, building on the ordinary general assembly meeting on 26 December 2024.

Amak appointed Mohammed Manea Aballala as the Chairman of the board for the four-year term, according to a bourse filing.

In addition, Ibrahim Ali bin Musallam was named the Vice Chairman.

The new officials will remain in position from 9 January 2025 until 8 January 2029.

In addition to these key appointments, Amak formed its board committees, assigned a Board Secretary, and designated representatives to engage with the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).

It is worth noting that during the first nine months (9M) of 2024, Amak reported a 181.01% surge in net profit to SAR 136.69 million compared to SAR 48.64 million in 9M-23.

Revenue also grew by 48.40% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 553.76 million from SAR 373.14 million.
