Cairo – Mubasher: Amer Group Holding Company logged a consolidated net profit of EGP 14.97 million in the first quarter (Q1) of 2024, down from EGP 41.41 million in the comparative period in 2023.
Consolidated revenues dropped to EGP 265.42 million in Q1-24 from EGP 390.43 million in Q1-23, according to interim financial statements.
The earnings per share (EPS) hit EGP 0.01 in the three-month period that ended on 31 March 2024, down from EGP 0.03 in the corresponding period last year.
Standalone Financials
Amer Group Holding turned to a standalone net loss after tax of EGP 2.77 million in Q1-24, versus a net profit of EGP 11.71 million in Q1-23.
The company shifted to a consolidated net profit of EGP 45.91 million in 2023, compared to a net loss of EGP 101.87 million the year before.
