Amer Group stock holds above EGP 1.95 as bulls target higher levels

Cairo – Mubasher: The movements of Amer Group Holding Company's stock were consistent with Mubasher Trade Research’s previous outlook.

The break below the EGP 2.00 support level triggered continued selling pressure towards EGP 1.91-EGP 1.81 as selling targets, which the stock successfully reached.

However, the stock began to rebound from a significant demand zone near EGP 1.70, accompanied by high trading volumes.

It is currently facing resistance from the short-term moving average, which coincides with technical resistance on the chart at EGP 2.01, giving this level considerable technical significance.

A break above this level, accompanied by high trading volumes, would be a supporting signal for targeting the EGP 2.05-EGP 2.08 levels, followed by EGP 2.12.

Maintaining the EGP 1.95 level remains important for preserving the positive outlook on the stock.

Amer Group's stock experienced a noticeable decline in trading volumes during the first quarter (Q1) of 2025, before beginning a clear upward trend in April that continued until June. However, the stock then faced sustained selling pressure from June to September.

With the start of October, trading volumes rebounded significantly, contributing to an upward price structure that lasted until January 2026. However, the stock came under selling pressure during February.

The stock began to rebound from a key demand zone around EGP 1.70, retesting key technical levels.
